Qpoint Systems provides UPS sales, on-site diagnostics, battery replacements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Bangalore and designated service regions. Technician dispatch dates and times are subject to weather, traffic, and technician availability.

2. Payments and Billing

Payment for repairs, replacements, or AMC contracts must be made in full upon completion of service or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For residential appointments, pricing estimates are provided upfront but may vary depending on actual parts required.

3. Warranties

New batteries and UPS units carry the standard manufacturer warranty. Qpoint Systems assists in warranty coordination but is not directly liable for manufacturer hardware defects. On circuit-level repairs, Qpoint offers a 30-day service warranty covering the specific fault repaired.

4. Liability

While our technicians take utmost care, Qpoint Systems is not liable for data loss or operational downtime resulting from power failures during diagnostics or service visits. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all critical system data before technician arrivals.
